Our ordering system is simple…we chat, you tell us what you want, and we design and deliver your product.
Well it is a bit more involved, but you get the picture.
Step 1 : Consultation.
We will sit down together either face to face, via email, or over the phone to discuss your needs. We will go over your thoughts about wording, stone, fonts, colour, and the over all look that you want to achieve in your memory stone.
Once we get an idea of what you want, we will give you a quote for the total cost of the project.
Step 2 : Design Draft and Approval.
We will create a digital design draft of your project and send it to you via email. This is the time to make any minor changes to the look and feel of your stone.
When you have digitally approved the Design Draft we will send you an invoice for payment. Our payment processor is PayPal, they accept all major credit cards online safely and securely. You can also opt to pay cash if you prefer.
Step 3 : Design and Creation.
We will take your design and carve it into stone.
Step 4 : Delivery
You can pick up your stone or we can make arrangements to deliver your Pet Memory Stone.
